UPDATED 08/28/24 2nd FIVE STAR Review I’ve worked with Home Improvements on three projects now. My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. Julie made it extremely easy to book the appointment for the work (yes, an added bonus is that you can talk to a real person at this company!), and Mike (the sales rep) presented with me an honest and accurate estimate prior to starting any of the work. The prices are fair, and this is one of the few companies I've dealt with that consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using Home Improvements. First FIVE STAR Review: I hired Home Improvements to install a new exterior door. I was very pleased from start to finish. Mike and the workers were all professional and polite, and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Even the village building inspector remarked that the new door looked great, and this was a job that was well done.

Home Improvements USA, Inc. did an excellent job with my roof installation, heated gutter cap installation and overall gutter and gutter cap maintenance. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and quality of workmanship were exceptional! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future projects!

The guys were on time and very professional. Took them approximately 4 hours to remove old sliding glass door and install a new one...very quick. Finished product stunning in appearance and function. I am VERY happy with impressed with this business!

2 yrs later update. After my Turtleshell roof installation, I have found the benefits have exceeded my expectations. My cooling costs over the past 2 years have been about 30% less compared to my asphalt shingle roof that I had. Survived 2 hail storms with no dimples. Well worth the money.

We had a great experience purchasing windows and a sliding glass door from Home Improvements USA. The salesman was very nice and straight forward. He wasn't pushy or invasive like other salesmen were with us. The windows came in after a slight delay (but what isn't delayed right now?) Two men installed three large slider windows and a sliding glass door in about eight hours. They did an amazing job and pointed out everything the previous installers did wrong. They did an excellent job and at a great value. I highly recommend this company.

Steve, Julie, Justin, John, Marty and the rest of the crew are very attentive to customers' needs. The patented gutter system is unique, makes life easier, and eliminates the fall risk when cleaning gutters from a ladder.

From the outset I was impressed with this company. My first contact was related to a new roof as a result of storm damage. The individual who came to do the estimate was professional and identified issues which others had not. On the day of installation the owner of the company came to see how things were going- impressive. Note, that my next door neighbor was having the same thing done by the same company. We both had determined that this company was going to do the best job. Some weeks later, again as part of storm damage, I called Home improvements again- this time to repair my vinyl siding. Again, the staff was efficient, effective and responsive. I found their prices responsible, and I would recommend them enthusiastically. ct

These guys were great!! They were early to start install once the windows were complete with production. They did 9 double hung and a bay window all in 1 day. I was blown away by their professionalism and teamwork to get these installed. The quality of the windows are amazing as well. I could feel the difference right away inside my home. I would do this all over with them if I had to!! Thank you guys!!!
